Dauphin Island Chamber of Commerce

From Mayor, Jeff Collier
October 6, 2017

hopefully, you have taken time today to prepare for the arrival of what could be Hurricane Nate as early as tomorrow night.
Current projections show the storm potentially making landfall just to our west (which would put us in the right front quadrant)
sometime around midnight Saturday or early Sunday morning. Town Hall will be open 8am-11am on Saturday for Hurricane
Re-Entry Passes ONLY if you need one. Throughout the day, I have coordinated with Mobile County EMA, ALDOT, Alabama Power
and our staff to make sure our community is well prepared for the arrival of Nate. You should make ALL final preparations ASAP.
Be safe...but equally important, be SMART! Please feel free to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Parking at Green Park & Town Hall is available for those who need to move vehicles to Higher
