|ANNUAL RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL

at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab Estuarium
ARTSea Lab and student teams of the culinary programs of Mobile County Public School System
will kick off the Festival weekend with an onsite seafood challenge extravaganza at the DISL
estuarium. Competitions are a vital part of the culinary arts as they continually raise the standards
of culinary excellence. By showcasing the high school culinary teams, DISL’s May’s Cafe, and
representatives from the DISL aquaculture labs, event ticket holders will delight in the savory
offerings of Gulf coast seafood dishes prepared on site while learning how ongoing marine
research benefits the health of our Gulf seafood harvest.

|Boo at Bellingrath

Dress up your little goblins and enjoy a day full of Halloween fun at Bellingrath!
The Gardens will be decorated with spooky and fun inflatables. There will be plenty of treats and
trinkets from area organizations and businesses for trick-or-treaters to enjoy.
The day will include musical entertainment on Live Oak Plaza. Guests are invited to enjoy
culinary delights from local food trucks.

October 6, 2018 - 6pm Isle Dauphine Club, Hosted by Dauphin Island Heritage and Arts Council
2nd Annual “Gulf Seafood Gala”™, a celebration of Alabama Gulf seafood and the rich heritage and
culture that surround it. You'll enjoy tastings of delectable Gulf seafood prepared and presented by
local and regional chefs. The event will also celebrate the 60th anniversary of historic Isle Dauphine
Club. Local art, live musical entertainment and adult beverages will round out a wonderful evening on
